I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor working in the centre of Bristol, and a member of the BACP. An ‘integrative’ counsellor means that I draw on a range of theoretical approaches when I work. Whilst my counselling training so far has covered various theories, I now tend to work from a psychodynamic perspective.
I trained at Birkbeck University and the University of the West of England, where I gained my BACP accredited Diploma in counselling in 2013.
I have worked with a wide range of difficulties including relationship problems, depression and anxiety, identity issues, alcoholism, and others. I have experience of working with older adolescents and adults.
As well as holding a diploma in counselling, I have completed an NLP Practitioner training, introductory training in Group Analysis, and I am currently undergoing further training in psychodynamic psychotherapy at the Severnside Institute for Psychotherapy.
I have a limited number of places available for private clients in Bristol. For more information, read more about what to expect, or find out more about my fees, my location in central Bristol and how to contact me.
