I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor, and a member of the BACP. An ‘integrative’ counsellor means that I draw on a range of theoretical approaches when I work.
I trained at Birkbeck University and the University of the West of England, where I gained my diploma in counselling.
I have over 5 years experience of working as a counsellor in different settings, and have worked with a wide range of difficulties including relationship problems, depression and anxiety, identity issues, alcoholism, and others. I have experience of working with older adolescents and adults.
I am a Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner, and have recently undertaken introductory training in Group Analysis.
